The STARKE modular shelving system has been designed for use in supermarket cold storage rooms, professional kitchens, restaurants, butcher shops, cheese factories, pasta factories, etc.
STARKE shelving systems are self-supporting and do not need to be secured to floors or walls. The shelving can be assembled in a corner by simply and quickly applying corner brackets instead of frames, allowing for full use of space.
The structure is made entirely of steel, certified for direct contact with food. The frame is made entirely of 20-micron anodized aluminum. The slats are made of high-density polyethylene, which is non-toxic, chemical-resistant, has minimal moisture absorption, a low coefficient of friction, and a wide operating temperature range. The nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel and are concealed within the structure.
